Hello. I found one of your soldier's graves here in Minneapolis, MN today and he's not on your list.
ReplyDeleteI am related to LT Farr of company A. We have some letters and documents we could share.
ReplyDeletePlease post your email so I can send a few scans.
Good to hear from you! I'm definitely interested in copies of the letters and documents. My e-mail is rutans@comcast.net.
ReplyDeleteDo you have information about Lt. Farr's service in the 179th? I have copies of documents in his carded military service record (e.g. his oath as an officer) and his pension file at the National Archives that I would be glad to send you if you are interested.
